App Description
Tabata Timer will guide you through an interval workout trainings.
You can define workouts with activities for different time periods, and then tracks the workout and receive notice to change activities. For example:
– Warmup walk for 5 minutes.
– Jog 5 minutes
– Walk 2 minutes
– Cooldown walk for 5 minutes
At each stage, the app will beep and vibrate.
