App Description

BWA ON provides essential functions for body water management at home. You can conduct the BWA test and check the results with its interpretations by connecting with a home-use body water analyzer, BWA ON. Check your improvement of body water with the BWA test.

[Tips for using the BWA App]
1) Test easy
Just place your mobile phone on the BWA ON and stand on it, then it will be automatically connected through Bluetooth.
(* You must allow access to location information in order to connect through Bluetooth.)

2) Results at a glance
Check the edema level and body changes at a glance with the graph.

[Troubleshoot Bluetooth Connection Problems]
1. Please check Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile phone.
2. Go to Settings > Application(App Information) > BWA > Permissions > Switch on the location
3. Please try it after removing mobile phone case.
4. Connection may take up to 10 seconds or longer depending on the surrounding conditions.
5. Please step down from the footplate and wait until BWA ON is off. Then launch the BWA App and try it again.
6. If the connection still doesn't work, please contact customer service center.

The following access permissions are required to provide services.
- 'Storage' and 'Camera': Setting profile picture, Sending an picture in a chat
- Notification: Notification on Arrival of Expert Chat Answers
- Location Service: To connect with the BWA ON through Bluetooth.
