App Description

Here the first two user comments:
- Italy App store:
Brilliant app! Internal sounds are for quick reference. I tried it both via network session (Bs-1 and Sampletank) and with external hardware (Yamaha and Kurzweil) and it is spectacular. Excellent already from the first version. The chord recognition is excellent with the split keyboard. Really recommended.

- Russia App store:
I never expected such a program to work properly. And it does! And how! It does it just fabulous! Really well! Thank you very much for your really good work, you have made a really good and useful application!

SHORT DESCRIPTION:
This App works only with an external MIDI keyboard, MIDI Accordion or other chords generating MIDI devices. You can use MIDI Bluetooth instead of USB or other hardware devices like iRig MIDI to connect your MIDI keyboard etc.
I have built a similar App called "AAccompanist" that allows you to be a "one man band" without the need of external MIDI devices (Accordion Piano or Button layout available).

This App can use a lot of Yamaha styles, which you can find on the web.
CompanionP sends the MIDI events to MIDI out for an external MIDI sound module or sound App (like "SoundCanvas").

Be sure to select the correct MIDI input channel and set the "Split point" so, that you can play the chords with the left hand and the melody with the right hand (see Options).

You can find more details in the App's Help (Options, Help).

Please contact me by mail ([email protected]). I can't help and reply, when you write only an App store comment!
