Simplified UI
-- Renamed "On deck" to "On The Air" to make it clear it's meant for playing podcasts
-- Moved the library tab section to under the "On The Air" list, so that all podcasts can be managed from one place.
Podcasts are separated into two sections:
-- On The Air: from which you can start playing podcasts with a single tap
-- Off The Air: where the remaining podcasts take a nap, since they don't have any episodes downloaded
Fixes and improvements:
-- Fixes layout issues with podcast episodes list
-- Fixes issues with refresh button
-- Improves visibility of podcast settings button
-- Fixes issues with video playback not reacting to taps and swipes in landscape mode
