This App assists you to manage your stress independently and more effectively. It provides you a gentle suggestive nudge when needed and points you in a direction to better health and wellbeing.
Created by academic researchers, Streblo will make meaningful suggestions to you on the management of your health and well-being relating to answers given to questions posed, so you can manage your interaction with your activities and environment in a more informed manner.

Streblo will flag up your stress level on the RAG (Red, Amber and Green) pedestal and follow this up with a suggestion of what to do next.

Streblo provides possible solutions to help you to even-out the highs and lows of anxiety and minimise negative impacts on your soul and body by using the most modern and effective approach of the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT's main message suggests possible ways you might improve your lifestyle and potentially cope better with stress, i.e.: accept what is out of your personal control, and commit to action that enriches your life and your performance. The goal of ACT is to improve human skills for a full and significant life.
