1)Hippocrates: "Father of Medicine". Full-star Skill: The upper limit of ward cleaning time for the injured is increased by 4 hours.
2)Tesla:"Crazy Scientist".Full-star Skill: The construction time is reduced by 15%, and the effect is doubled after reaching the electric era.

2.New events
1)"Science Time" is coming. The chance to get Great People of science will be much higher.
