App Description

HanDIYman app empowers aspiring do-it-yourselfers by providing a forum for users to share their experiences and step-by-step instructions on specific projects. Users can search for specific instructions on home repair, crafts, and many other tasks in between. The app contains more than one tab, making it easy to browse the app. Tabs include a DIY page, Liquor page, Sell page, Joke page, and Community page.

HanDIYman inspires a community vibe, allowing users to ask for tips and recommendations from friends and barter for services. Users can hire workers for tasks or offer to do work for others by advertising their jobs and skills.

HanDIYman App features allow users to:
Update their “status” by posting jokes, questions about a task or product, or sharing “how-to” instructions. Users can also make posts to sell items.
Connect via social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
Easily follow a newsfeed on the homepage that members post questions, tips, pictures and DIY videos on.
Enhance their posts with a photo(s) or video(s).
Wiew their friends’ posts, including photos, feelings, and activities.
Search for a specific instruction or topic.
Receive notifications from friends.
Allow friends on the app to follow each other
“Like” or comment on friend’s posts.
Share posts and information.
Hover over “like” to react to a post or comment
Receive tips, comments, and private messages from other members.
