App Description
Step Away NZV2 is a smartphone-based intervention system designed to help you to either drink less or stop drinking altogether. It has numerous empirically supported interventions to help you to make a change to your drinking. It helps you to understand your drinking, such as your level of alcohol dependence and your motivators for drinking. It also helps you set a goal based on New Zealand safe drinking guidelines.
In order to use this app, you must be enrolled in the alcohol intervention study being conducted by the University of Aukland and have received a user ID and code.
