We have made a choice that being a sustainable coffee bar is at the forefront of being great. Quality, quality, quality. Bringing you, the customer the best dine-in/takeaway experience from our endless research.
Our mission in the next 12 months is to become organically certified. This means that 90% of our ingredients will be from organic farms including the meats in our sandwiches & the wines/ciders we serve.
We will be committed in our sustainable efforts to make a difference on issues such as climate change, animal welfare, and food waste. We want to communicate with the consumer on making informed food and drink choices whilst bringing awareness across the spectrum.
