Chef Hung Ching-Lung, who originally was from Jinmen, Taiwan, where its residents have the characteristics of integrity, earnest and diligence, started to study how to cook professionally since 17 years old, and have been learning and perfecting his skills in the restaurant and food industry for more than 20 years. Chef Hung has been creating his own brand name as a professional chef with the spirits of upholding elite Chinese Food culture and high ethic criteria in order to present the best foods to the general public.Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle has been established in Taiwan and famous for its signature beef noodles since l995. A National Beef Noodle Cooking Contest is held annually in Taiwan to showcase the latest cooking skills in the industry and to meet the demand for perfect beef noodles from patrons across the country.

Chef Hung has won the top Taiwan beef noodle award for three consecutive years. This exceptional achievement is also recognized by the President of Taiwan as well as the Mayor of the City of Taipei. For the first time in 14 years, this renowned Taiwanese beef noodle restaurant has opened branches in North America, bringing its delicious and award-winning beef noodle creations to Canada.
