Great care is taken to assure every product is made with the greatest attention to detail, cleanliness, purity of ingredients and freshness of produce purposely hand-selected to insure only the freshest product makes it into your hands.

Our best practices are not limited to the end product we bring to your table. In our kitchen we believe the best way to compliment the process of preparing, creating and ultimately serving you our super foods is to “give back” to our beautiful planet, by composting 100% of our unused food. We at SJ believe in a sustainable present in order to create a brighter, cleaner and greener future.

In addition to composting which reduces our food waste by 100%, we operate a water distiller for all water applications in our recipes. All of our cleaning is done using just one product which is a 100% biodegradable all purpose cleaner in order to keep from introducing corrosive and harmful chemicals into the municipal water.
