RECORD AN ONGOING CONFERENCE———————————————————————
With the Trac Time app, you can begin tracking the time spent collaborating with 2 taps! Just open the app and hit timer. Once all the real work is done, just confirm who is there with you and hit save. You have the option of recording detailed conference notes or nothing at all, it is adaptable to your organization’s individual needs.
The best part is: ONLY ONE PERSON HAS TO DO THIS! By selecting everybody that is present, only one person has to enter the information. It counts for everybody!

We understand that not everybody is a millennial with a phone attached to their hip, so you can still go into a meeting with only pencil and paper. When you are done and get back to your desk, just enter the start and end times plus who was there, Boom! You’re done.
