App Description
New Haven Destination for Great Sushi, Ramen and Poke Bowls. Famous for our Weekend Late-Night Ramen known as Midnight Ramen. New menu featuring Hawaiian dishes known as Poke Bowl. Patio open for Summer.
We could accomodate up to 100 people in our patio. On October 2015 we were featured on New York Times. We take pride on using the freshest and highest quality ingredients from reputable Japanese Supplier since day one till present. Our Sushi Chef has more than 25 years experience in being a sushi chef at the high end establishment in Connecticut. We are also big on Ramen. Our Ramen has been gaining popularity among New Haven crowds and beyond. We use a time-honored tradition in making our broth for ramen. We also use a well-acclaimed Japanese Ramen maker for our fresh noodles. There is nothing instant about our ramen. Our location is centrally located in Downtown New Haven, Connecticut. We are located right accros the famous Insomnia Cookies and digonnally accross from the Study Hotel, to our left is the Yale School of Art building.
