In order for LabLoversMoji to work as a keyboard to copy/paste emojis, Apple requires you to "Allow Full Access". Allowing Full Access grants permission to copy and paste emojis for texting only. We do not collect personal information or anything that type. Your data is safe.
However, if you do not feel comfortable enabling full access you can still use the emoji by following the iMessage Setup within the app. By following these steps, you can share emojis via the Messages App.
