App Description

Weight loss food table contains all common products that you eat on a daily basis. But not all of them as healthy as you think.

It is recommended to use this app on a daily basis. Eat five times a day and check what you eat with this app.

Recommendation is quite simple: eat complex carbs in the morning, protein in the evening. Add vegetables to all your meals except your first breakfast. Try to drink and eat separately. Avoid sugars and simple carbs. Drink at list 8 glasses of water during your day. Do not eat before you go to sleep.

Type-in product name that you would like to eat and find info whether you should eat it or not.
