"Take a Break" helps you to concentrate on important things and to renounce your device.

Give yourself a break and concentrate on the real world, not on a virtual one.

How does "Take a Break" work?
In order to fully concentrate, it is important that you have no reason to focus on your device.
Activate the airplane mode on your device. Then press on "Take a Break".
Your break continues until you quit the app, leave the airplane mode or finish the break. Of course, you can lock the screen and the break will continue. However, never leave the airplane mode, otherwise your break will be terminated.

"Take a Break" is optimized with a new technology and thus consumes hardly any battery, unlike other apps. Even longer breaks require a maximum of 1% of your battery per hour.
For comparison: If you use another app for an hour, quickly over 30% of your battery are gone.

"Take a Break" gives you detailed statistics about your usage.
How long your breaks were, how often you have taken a break and in which periods.
Each time you Take a Break your "Take a Break" score increases. The higher your score, the less you depend on the virtual world.
"Take a Break" also provides you with a map. On it you see where you have taken your breaks most often.
