Christmas Keyboard is very easy to set up and this is how you can do it:
When you download the app from the app store for the first time then go to Settings > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add new keyboard > from where you will select Christmas Keyboard.
In case your selected keyboard was not activated click Settings button next to Space button on your keyboard, after which you will see a list of installed keyboards along with Christmas Keyboard so you can choose your new keyboard skin and enjoy.
