What's New

We update our app often. This one includes basic bug fixes and performance improvements - and a new feature called Badges. Throughout the year, badges may appear based on things you've done - like whether you've favorited an artist or been to a specific location at the event. Some badges utilize your phone's health data to create a custom image to share forever documenting your festival experience. You'll also be able to take quizzes, answer surveys, and win rewards. We've also added a brand new Festival AR experience brought to you by Hyundai and updated our map feature to make loading times easier for fans at the festival.

App Description

This is the festival's official year-round mobile app. Keep it installed all year for the following features and benefits:

Receive Notifications - Be sure to opt-in to notifications to be first to get lineup and on-sale announcements or changes, emergency information while on-site, special offers, and more - that will always come direct from festival staff.

Explore the Lineup - Sort and filter the lineup of talent and personalize it by adding them to your custom schedule and share with friends. Clicking once opens their detail page where you can read their bio, view their video or go to their website when available. When the full schedule becomes available, use the schedule screen in portrait or landscape mode to manage your entire day. You can also choose the performances you want to be alerted about in advance so you can get to the stage in time.

Who's that? - Use the Fest Lens feature during the event by pointing it at a stage when it will tell you who is performing now and who is up next. You might also find other objects around the site if you're lucky. Powered by Viro Media

Explore the Map - Slide out the Category Drawer to choose which map pins are visible, such as Stages. Bars, Box Office, Restrooms, and Activities. Click a pin to see its name and brief description.

MyFestJourney - During the festival, personalized badges will be created to help you capture and share your festival journey. For example, there will be badges that capture unforgettable artist moments based on your favorited artists from the lineup. In addition, there will be daily activity summary badges showing the distance you cover each day at the festival, this will be based on your phone’s HealthKit data (steps and distance). You’ll also be able to get personalized badges with quizzes, surveys, and opportunities for rewards made just for you.

And throughout the year, the festival will enable features such photo booths, augmented reality experiences, customer service bots, and more.
