Paulina Byrne is a qualified cake baker and decorator with years of experience in the cake making industry.
Although still a young company Sponge and Cream is already being recognized for its very high quality cakes and cupcakes, easy approach to ordering and superb customer service.
Our cakes are simply delicious, moist and made using the best ingredients. Cakes are all made fresh to order on the day. Quality is our main aim and preservatives are never used in our kitchen.
Cakes that require fruit or berries are all made using fresh fruit and berries and never fruit flavours or extracts.
Each cake is a 3 layer tower of perfection just waiting to be sliced into.
