Physical biorhythm. The cycle is 23 days long. The scope of this biorhythm includes physical strength, endurance, resistance to diseases and resistance to adverse factors.
Emotional biorhythm. The cycle is 28 days long. The scope of this biorhythm includes mood, emotions, creativity and intuition.
Intellectual biorhythm. The cycle is 33 days long. The scope of this biorhythm includes thinking, logic, concentration, wit and intellectual flexibility.
“LifeRhythm” is an easy and convenient application making it possible to review your biorhythms. Having a vitality chart, you may always know when it's YOUR time!
