In case of a breakdown, identify the cause of the fault using the App and alleviate it yourself in many cases. If that isn't possible for some reason, contact the Alber Service Centre directly from the App or your local specialist dealer. In this way, you always get help fast, directly on your Smartphone - no matter where you are at that moment.
