Wilmington lodge #208 was chartered in 1855 in Wilmington, Illinois to be a place for gentlemen to meet and improve themselves and their community. The Freemason motto "making good men better" is why we exist. Over the years Wilmington Lodge 208 has been involved in many charitable and philanthropic activities. We support the Illinois Masonic Children's Home, various local sports teams, the Scholastic Bowl just to name a few. We also give our time and talents in such endeavors as the Illinois Child Identification Program, and adopt a highway. If you are a gentleman interested in great camaraderie and making yourself a better man then this is the place for you. We are always looking for good candidates.
