Effect Color Stickers is a fun new FREE app that allows you to add a comic effect to your photo and change its color. Choose from 64 different comic effects, all of which have multiple attributes that can change color!

An easy to use interface allows you to insert effects onto your photo in just 6 easy steps:
1) Select a photo from your library (or snap a new one)
2) Crop the photo
3) Insert an effect
4) Position, resize, and rotate the effect as needed
5) Change the color of one or more of the effect's attributes
6) Save your creation and share it!
