The app then helps you track your calories and weight throughout the week. Use the Apple Watch app to get a quick overview of your daily progress.

Its icons indicate your success or shortfall in a simple and efficient manner. As the colors on the icons become filled, you can see your progress!

Knowing your progress at any point throughout the day, will help you figure out where to cut or add calories to reach your weekly goals.


Both US measurement units and Metric measurement units are supported.
