The 2015 Congressional Black Caucus Foundation mobile handout application allows you to search through the presentations from the 2015 event and access all the available presentation slides. You can draw and highlight directly on the slides using your fingers, and you can take notes on each slide. All your notes are saved online for you so you can access them later through your online personal summary.
