Picture this game before the diner dash craze, and there is a lot to love. Completing a task, upgrading equipment, fulfilling orders, taking on bigger and better tasks - Fiona’s doing it all. The game works well, and the design is sound. It’s just been done before, and almost exactly in the same design, in various forms, with various plots, and on various platforms. If you’re into this style game, and just can’t get enough, Fiona is for you. There’s no arguing with the graphics and the ease of play. In an app store filled with copies and replicas, however, it takes some extreme innovation to stand out. Fiona doesn’t have that.
Fiona’s Flowers is graphically good, technically sound, and enjoyable in small doses. I’ve seen it before, and done it before so often, that it simply felt like a repeat of a different title though. You can check Fiona’s Flowers out for $4.99 and if this is your genre of choice, you won’t be disappointed. It’s got the same addictive tendencies that similar games have had in the past, and is sure to appease fans.
