If an event has a linked photo, the event in the list will indicate it with an icon.
If an event has a linked 3d anaglyph photo, the event in the list will indicate it with an icon.
If an event is marked as a favorite, the event in the list will indicate it with an icon.
If an event's linked image has a caption it will now display in the event details.
If an event's linked resources have a description it will now be displayed in the event details as the link.
