The Swiss American Business Council represents tens of thousands of jobs and hundreds of million of dollars in investments. Our mission is to foster and enhance the business ties in the U.S. Midwest and Switzerland centered in Chicago - Strengthening Transatlantic Relations. Switzerland is the sixth largest foreign investor in the United States, with over 700 Swiss companies providing employment for more than half a million Americans. The United States is the largest foreign investor in Switzerland with American investments of over $70 billion.
The Swiss American Business Council’s (SABC) resource guide “Welcome to the Midwest”. The purpose of the resource guide is to provide contacts and information useful for Swiss Executives and Companies (or others) coming to the area, or who are already here. Resources, such as legal advisory, real estate, executive recruiting, location services, insurance, schools, etc., all can be very important as a company or an executive relocates.
