Tom Clancy's ShadowBreak is a real-time sniper shooter arriving later this year

Ubisoft is treating Tom Clancy fans to the series' very first mobile-exclusive game in ShadowBreak, a real-time, multiplayer shooter in which players snipe at enemies in fast-paced tactics-driven combat.

ShadowBreak transports players to the not so distant future, where society is threatened by groups of corrupt criminal factions called the Shadow Nations who've taken swathes of civilians hostage. It's up to a group of elite snipers to put these shenanigans to rest.

You'll be controlling these skilled fighters in tactical PvP combat. Strategic formations and troop teamwork is key here, but there are also a number of weapons and gear to collect that will prove to be a boon in battle. Players fight it out in two lanes, meaning you'll have to plan and adapt quite carefully. You'll be able to get your hands on the game soonish when it arrives later this year on both iOS and Android.
