Avoid all the things you find in the way, they maybe government agents trying to catch you. The agents are finding you all over the city in their helicopters, vehicles, cars. They have also deployed the hercules like looking monstrous fighters to find and crush you. Just avoid them.
One last tip, keep close eye on the treasure box type items, they are the lures of the government to trap you. Just avoid all the traps and take the secrets of the government with you so you can expose them later.
