App Description
The Mobile Coverage app is an initiative of the Government of Catalonia which aims to create a map of the coverage provided by the mobile telephone operator network by cooperating with citizens through their mobile devices. The application records data on the level of coverage per operator (2G, 3G and 4G) and the device's location, which are then used to draw up a map, available on both mobile phones and the website. The data are anonymous and processed in a way that makes it impossible to identify the user providing them.
