The frozen scoops are moving around in the air and are going to fall onto your building platform. You choose when to release them. Make sure that you balance them exactly right or over they will go.
If you want to reach a new record height, you will need to build out as well as up. Balance the bar with equal weight on the left and the right to build higher and higher. But watch out; everything can come crashing down at any moment and destroy your perfect ice cream tower.
