:shrug: is an iMessage app and keyboard extension designed to help you type the world's best emoticon with a single tap.
Install the iMessage app to :shrug: while texting.
Install the keyboard to use :shrug: in any app. To install, go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard...
3D Touch the :shrug: home screen icon to invoke a Copy shortcut (iOS 9+, iPhone 6S or greater).
Or, if you insist, :shrug: also works as a standalone app that will copy the most perfect series of ASCII characters into your pasteboard.
