Affirmations work best when used daily and repeated in sequence.

- Browse through all affirmations and favorite the ones you like best by tapping the star for those affirmations.

- Review your favorite affirmations daily and repeat each one a minimum of three times. It’s best if these are said out loud if possible.

- Set a reminder to recite your affirmations daily by clicking on ‘Affirmation Reminder’. Check the box to turn ‘ON’, choose a time and click the ‘Set Reminder’ button. Once set, your device will notify you every day via an on screen notification. To turn off notifications, simply uncheck the the box.
