App Description

Designed specifically for practising Midwives, the Relaxed Midwife app is an audio guide designed to help you pace yourself through a working week.

Our shifts can be so unpredictable and challenging that you and your body will appreciate the opportunity to wind down for a short moment, to pause, rest and recharge.

You will feel rested as a result, and scientific research has shown that regular practice will reduce stress and anxiety and increase well-being.

We learn how to manage fatigue and benefit working relationships through a regular commitment to relaxation.
