Le Sauce is a magazine that addresses your cravings for crazy-good food, long dinners with friends, and quests to recreate that epic crab curry you had on vacation. The recipes work, the stories are personal, and the meals are pretty damn indulgent even though a lot of them are meat-free (which you might not notice unless you care about that sort of thing).

From the creator of lesauce.com, founded in 2008, Le Sauce Magazine is largely the work of one person. Who asks everyone around her for a lot of help. Yasmin Seneviratne (@yasminATlesauce) has worked for a whole bunch of magazines, currently works in television, promises this is only time she’s talked about herself in the third person. Revenues from the sale of Le Sauce Magazine go directly to supporting the magazine and the next tasty issues. Your support, by the way, is totally, seriously, sincerely appreciated.

Expect exclusive stories, menus, photography, art, and more when you subscribe to the quarterly magazine.The app is a free download that includes a free issue. After that, auto-renewing quarterly subscriptions are $5.99 ($1.99 per issue). To read issues from before your subscription began, you must pay for them individually at $2.99 per issue. Subscription and issue payment is charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.

When you become a subscriber, you can download any issue published while your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, you will still be able to read the issues published while you were an active subscriber. Tap the “Restore” button to make previously purchased issues available on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad. You can update or opt out of renewal for your subscription in your iTunes Store account settings. Subscriptions automatically renew to your iTunes Account within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
