Promising freshness like no other, Latte E Miele makes our gelato every morning. With the use of 100 percent natural ingredients without preservatives and colouring, each and every flavour found at Latte E Miele's counter is handcrafted in small quantities for absolute freshness and quality.

Priding ourselves in following traditional Italian recipes and methods – we use a well thought out balance of sugars, cream, fresh milk (and sometimes eggs)to help achieve that perfect smoothness in texture and exquisitely intense flavour. Our moderate use of cream results in a healthier sweet treat – Latte E Miele's gelato has less than half the fat content of regular ice cream.
