Formed over centuries, and absorbing culinary traditions of various peoples, Ukrainian cuisine turned into one of the richest and the most diverse of Slavic cuisines. Many of the dishes – simple, yet exquisite – have distinguished themselves with their amazing taste and gained international fame across the world.
