This Prayer Booklet 2014 is designed to strengthen the Bible Cause worldwide. It contains relevant information about the countries where there are active Bible Societies, in addition to their efforts to promote the Bible and its message in different cultural, social and political contexts.
Coordinated by Bible Society of Brazil, with the support from the United Bible Societies, this edition features more than one hundred prayer requests from national Bible Societies that have been working to make the Holy Book available to all peoples of the world, in a language they can understand and for a price they can afford.
Our expectation is that with this publication you may be a part of this worldwide network of prayer for the Bible Cause, thus pleading for the work developed by the 146 Bible Societies whose goal is to make the Word of God relevant to everyone, irrespective of age and where they live.
Please set aside some time every day for theses prayers and help us make the biblical message reach in 2014 an even larger number of hearts, thus propagating peace and a sense of unity among all peoples.
This version was prepared in three languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
