This travel guide offers interesting view onto one small peace of Croatia that is situated on it's east side, 300 km from capital of Croatia, Zagreb. Municipality Bilje is placed in Osijek-Baranja County, 5 km from town Osijek and includes Bilje, Kopačevo, Kozjak, Lug, Podunavlje, Tikveš, Vardarac, Zlatna Greda as well as nature park Kopački rit.
This mobile application provides tourist information such as destinations, accommodation, sights, nature attractions, gastronomy, events, etc. All these are categorized and marked on interactive map for easier searching.
A place with it's specific identity shows not only the beauty of untouched nature, but also the warmth of the village courtyard, which reveals the spirit of past times.
You can enjoy the benefits of nature, wake up to the smell of fresh flowers and dew, chirping birds, visit the wine cellars and taste the wines, try the famous dishes prepared according to the recipes of our ancestors (fish stew, fish perkelt, carp), to see the wildlife of the most famous European Nature Parks – Natural Park “Kopački rit”, walk through old oak forests, participate in the traditional forms of hunting and fishing, to participate in the grape harvest or one of the many folk events.
