1- BMI Calculator :
The Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator can be used to calculate your BMI value and weight status while taking your age into consideration.

2- BMR Calculator:
The Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Calculator estimates your basal metabolic rate—the amount of energy expended while at rest in a neutrally temperate environment, and in a post-absorptive state (meaning that the digestive system is inactive, which requires about 12 hours of fasting). This calculator is based on the Mifflin - St Jeor equation.

3- Lean Body Mass Calculator:
The Lean Body Mass Calculator gives out the estimated Lean Body Mass (LBM) based on body weight, height, gender, and age.
The Lean Body Mass (LBM) is a part of the body. It is normally defined to be the body weight minus the body fat. Typically lean body mass is 60-90% of the total body mass. Normally, men have higher port of lean body mass than women.

4- Body Fat Calculator :
The Body Fat Calculator can be used to estimate your total body fat based on your size. Use the "metric units" tab if you are more comfortable with the international standard metric units.
