Citalia Secrets is our guide to making your Italy holiday extra special. It's a secure and dedicated section of our website just for our customers. It is full of detailed holiday information, written by our team of local concierges in Italy. It includes:
• Meet your dedicated concierge who is on hand to help with any queries before or during your holiday
• A detailed guide to your resort
• Arrival and Departure information
• Recommendations on things to do, attractions and local events at your chosen resort
• Hints and tips on the local cuisines including restaurant and bar recommendations
• A list of excursions available to you to book before or during your holiday
• You can visit Citalia Secrets as many times as you wish and share the information with everyone travelling on your booking.

Once you have booked, all you will need to access Citalia Secrets is your Citalia booking reference, your departure date and lead passenger surname.
