Strongest is targeted at the experienced gym goer and has been carefully designed to make entering your workouts as quick and simple as possible. No corny exercise videos, no complex interfaces.

What it does:
- Allows you to enter your weight training workouts via a clean, intuitive interface.
- Record your first set within seconds of opening the app. No wading through menus 8 levels deep to record a set of squats.
- Add exercises and workout templates easily as you go - no need to carefully define your workouts before hitting the gym.
- View your workout history using the provided calendar.
- Strongest is an app for the experienced gym goer. There are no instructional videos or bundled workout routines, and only a very minimal list of exercises. Set things up the way you want.

What it doesn't do:
- Lift the weights for you.
- Anything other than the above.
