Climber2 is a general purpose file system help utility that can be used to find file by walking through big folders with high performance, convert text encoding for all text files in a user selected folder, and or change line endings at the same time, and also can set up file attributes such as created and modified date time. This app was developed to deal with those tasks becomes comfortable and efficient. 

Main Functions
1. Searching files with arbitrary combination of logical operations on file attributes.
2. Convert all files in a folder to a selected text encoding and or line endings.
3. Update created and or modified date time for all files in a selected folder.
