The app provides you with several suggestions for what to do if you are facing food cravings. Taking your mind off food can sometimes help you avoid overeating or consuming extra food that you don't really need. Also included are some suggestions on how to boost your willpower. Included also is a game of "Guess the Calories". What works and what doesn't—Winning Strategies will show you what is and isn't a working strategy. As a little bonus, what would a Roman Legionnaire workout look like today? Also, what does a US prisoner's diet look like on the inside?
