more storage more review duration.

* Rate option for fluency in review.
include 5Hz, 10Hz, 15Hz, 25Hz, 40Hz, 60Hz.
Review duration become short when Rate bigger.

* Dimensions option is review image size, include 100% 80% 60% 50% 30% display size.
Large size images will reduce review duration in the same memory.
