Confirming Appointments
We'll send a courtesy reminder SMS 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Please reply 'YES' to confirm or call
us if you need to change. If we don't hear from you we'll attempt to call you 1 day prior to confirm.
If we can't get in touch to confirm, your appointment may be made available to the next person on our waiting list, as we
have generally found that if someone doesn't confirm they are unable to attend.
Changing or Cancelling Appointments
We kindly request 24 hours notice when you need to change or cancel a booking, or part of a booking, whereby your
deposit will be refundable. Less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeit of any deposit or prepaid series, or you may choose to send someone in your place. We cannot accept cancellations left as messages on Sundays, Public Holidays or when we are closed.

Ensure you get in with your favourite Beauty Therapist by securing your next time before you leave.
Children
We regret we cannot cater for under-12's in our salon. Children 12 and over may sit quietly in the waiting room for appointments under 30 minutes. Our reception team are regrettably unavailable to care for children as they have allocated tasks to perform at all times.
