[Surface Fx] allows you to make cool Rectangle effect.

Feature 1.
Selecting the part of your photo to cut it into 9x9 square pieces, then you can adjust the size and the angle of the pieces.

Now you can synthesis the pieces with the origin photo by 4 different way to make cool effect.

Filter: Saturation,Exposure , Hue , Transparency , Blur, Sharpen

Feature 2.
Selecting the part of your photo to cut it into 9x9 square pieces, then you can adjust the spacing of these pieces, or to make shattering effect.

Now you can make rotation and distortion of the pieces group , and also you can adjust the size of the pieces group by 2 fingers.
