App Description
The iRiS Guest Valet app is a real time communications hub. Displaying all hotel services, the multilingual application allows guests to view and access the complete range of facilities and services on offer at the hotel, as well as being interactive it allows you to book with ease. It replaces the traditional guest welcome pack (compendium) with up-to-date, live destination information such as the hotel menus, spa availability, chef specials, local maps and attractions, festivals and events, opening times and even airport and flight information.
As an interactive application, iRiS Guest Valet enables guests to view and order products internally and externally, such as in-room dining or shopping items. Taking this one step further, iRiS Guest Valet also allows the hotel or ship to be pro-active, recognising that it can be updated internally in an instant, enabling messages, promotions and offers to be displayed to all guests as and when required, with minimum effort.
iRiS Guest Valet can be fully tailored, bespoke to suit your business’ needs to adhere to your brand guidelines and is fully integrated with most IPTV, RMS/BMS, POS, & PMS plus external web based bookings and reservations systems.
