The application that the fan of Route 66 was expecting is appears.
This application is a computerization of the book "MOTHER ROAD ROUTE 66 PHOTORATION"(drawn by Hiroshy Ohtsuka who is Route 66 authorities of Japan) published by Japanese publisher "Hoozuki Shoseki Inc.".
This application is for iPhone/iPod touch/and iPad.
The old, good United States scenery is being expressed by a Japanese artist in the "Ukiyoe" style.
In June 2005, at the Oklahoma Route 66 Museum, Ohtsuka held Route 66 work exhibition for the first time as a Japanese artist.
It was Bob Waldmire, legend of Route 66, who bought his picture first in this exhibition, and that picture is included in this application.
In the "Special Collections and Archives room" that is in second floor of library of Northern Arizona University, the book "MOTHER ROAD ROUTE 66 PHOTORATION" that is the original of this application program's is exhibited.
Not only the route 66 fans but also anybody who has interested in an old, good United States, this is an application to be obtained by all means.
